Workflow Drafts

Mako automatically saves a draft of your workflow at every step, ensuring your progress is never lost.

Saving a draft

  • Begin launching a workflow and Mako will save a draft in the background
  • Once a draft is saved, you can leave the page or close the tab and your progress will be saved

Continuing to work on previous drafts

  • Navigate to the workflow page
  • Click on the drafts tab
  • Select the draft you want to continue
  • If there is an updated version of the investors’ data available, you will receive a notification to update to the latest version
    • An update to investor data can occur if the investor has completed a different workflow since you started your draft, or if the investor profile has been changed within Mako either manually or by an integration
  • Continue to fill in the workflow launch information as normal and launch the workflow when complete

Deleting a draft

  • Drafts will never auto-delete or expire
  • To manually delete a draft that you no longer need, click the delete button to the right of the draft
    • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
