If the Claimable feature is assigned to a form role, individuals who have admin portal access will be able to claim a form role in a workflow.
Once logged into the Admin Portal, select the Responses tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Click on the appropriate Investor response. Select the three-dots Options button and click on the Claim button to claim the signatory role.
The email address in that form role will be updated to your email address.
Once the correct signatory is chosen, the individual can select CONFIRM.
Now the new signatory can sign the form on the platform.
Note: Once the signatory has been claimed, this action is final and the signatory can no longer be reassigned.
