Since PINs expire after 30 minutes for security reasons, they may need to be reset from time to time.
Go to the Responses tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Select the appropriate response and signatory.
Click on the Options icon and select the Reset PIN button.
Update the PIN information. You can choose between manual PIN and SMS PIN authentication.
Note: A manual PIN is created by the administrator and needs to be sent to the client. An SMS PIN is automatically generated and texted to the client. For information about how to create a PIN click here.
To update the PIN, select RESET.
