Filterable Responses

Mako gives wealth managers an enhanced ability to filter through documents and responses on our platform.

To filter responses:

  • Login to the Mako portal and navigate to the Responses tab.
  • Navigate to the top right corner and select the filter icon.
  • Select At least one or All from the dropdown menu.    At least one means only one of the listed filters must be met for the response to be displayed. All means all the listed filters must be met for the response to be displayed.

  • Select +Add Field and add a filter from the dropdown menu (e.g., User Email). 
  • Choose is or is not to either include or exclude the inputted value from your filter. 
  • In the Value field type in the value that you wish to include/exclude. 
  • Select the +Or if you would like to further customize your search to include or exclude one or more values.
  • You can also select +Add Field to add multiple filters to your search.

  • Once you are satisfied with your filter(s), select the Apply Filter icon in the bottom right corner. 

Filter Options:

Workflow: This is the type of workflow that is sent (e.g., individual, entity, joint).

Created At: this is the date the workflow was created/sent at.

Status: this is the status of the workflow (In Progress, Requires Advisor Approval, Requires Approval, Approved).

Current Signatory Role: this is the role of the person who is currently signing/viewing the form in the workflow (Client, Advisor, Trading Authority etc.).

Current Signatory Email: this is the email of the person who is currently signing/viewing the form in the workflow.

Receiver Role Name:  This filter matches any signatory of a response with that Role Name in the workflow (Client, Advisor, Trading Authority etc.).

Receiver Email: This filter matches any signatory of a response with that email in the workflow.

Fund: this is the fund that was selected when the workflow was sent.

Investor: this is the investor that was selected when the workflow was sent.

User Email: this is the email of the advisor that sent the workflow.
