Filterable Responses

Mako gives wealth managers an enhanced ability to filter through documents and responses on our platform.

To filter responses:

Login to the Mako Admin Portal and navigate to the Responses tab in the left-hand sidebar, then select the Filters icon.

From there click + ADD FIELD to create your first filter.

The Mako platform allows you to filter by many different values:

  • ‘Workflow’ allows you to filter by the type of workflow that is sent.
  • ‘Created At’ allows you to create a custom filter based on the date the workflow was sent.
  • ‘Status’ allows you to filter based on the current status of the workflow.
  • ‘Current Signatory Role’ allows you to filter by the role of the person who is currently viewing the workflow.
  • ‘Current Signatory Email’ allows you to filter by the email address of the person who is currently viewing the workflow.
  • ‘Receiver Role Name’ allows you to filter based on whether a certain role name is included at any point in the workflow.
  • ‘Receiver Email’ allows you to filter based on whether a certain email address is included at any point in the workflow.
  • ‘Investor’ allows you to filter based on the investor that was selected when the workflow was sent.
  • ‘User Email’ allows you to filter based on the email address of the advisor that sent the workflow.

You can also create additional filters using the ‘State Values’ filter. For more information on this please contact your account manager.

For certain filters, you can click on the + OR button to specify additional values to be included in the filter.

You also need to specify between ‘Is’ to include the inputted value(s) from your filter or ‘Is Not’ to exclude them.

You can click on the + ADD FIELD button to add multiple filters to your search.

And at the top right, you can choose whether At least one of the filter conditions needs to match, or if they All need to match.

Once you are satisfied with your filters, you can click on the ‘Apply Filter’ button. You can now see that your Responses tab has been filtered as specified.

You can also optionally save your filter for later use by clicking on the arrow next to the Apply Filter button and selected the Create saved filter button.

Now you can give your saved filter a name.

Once you have named your filter, click on Save

To view the saved filters, click on the dropdown list next to View and select the three-dots Options button to Favourite the filter, Set as default filter, Rename, Edit filter or Delete filter.
