Advisor Portal Overview

When administrators grant advisors access to the Advisor portal, they can configure what the advisor can see by using permissions. Once advisors are logged into the portal they will see the Workflows Tab, the Responses Tab, and the Investors Tab. An overview of these sections is provided below.

Workflows Tab

The Workflows tab contains a list of all the workflows that the advisor can launch to investors they have access to.

Here the advisor can either:

  • Start a Workflow: Starting a workflow allows the advisor to send a single workflow to an investor and optional subsequent signatories.

  • Bulk Start a Workflow: Bulk starting a workflow allows the advisor to download a CSV template and launch a workflow to multiple investors at once.

Responses Tab

The Responses tab contains a list of all the workflows that the advisor has sent out. Once all the signatories complete their forms, the advisor will receive an email notification informing them that the workflow is ready to be reviewed.

The status of the form will automatically change from In Progress to Requires Advisor Approval. All workflows pending review will be listed in the Responses tab under the Status column. Once the workflow is approved by the advisor, the status of the form will update to Requires Approval and the response is now ready for Admin approval.

Investors Tab

Advisors have access to the Investors tab where they can create and remove investors, or edit them by selecting them from the list.
