Logging in to the Advisor Portal for the First Time

Advisor who is accessing the Mako platform for the first time should follow the step-by-step instructions below.

How to log into Mako’s Advisor Portal:

Once the advisor is added to the Mako platform, they should receive an email from support@makofintech.com. Clicking on the link provided will open a new tab where the advisor can create a new password.

Note: The password must include at least one number, at least one punctuation mark or symbol, and at least one upper-case letter.

Enter your new password and click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button 

You will now have access to your advisor account
