Bulk Reassigning Workflows

Unblock workflows in seconds by using the bulk reassign tool when an employee is unavailable to complete their workflows. Reassigning a response updates the selected signatory's email to the new one you provide.


Reassigning

  1. Select the responses you want to reassign 
  2. Click reassign in the top left corner
    • This action will only be visible to owners of the organization

3. Select the signatory you want to reassign

  • You can only reassign one signatory at a time. If you want to reassign multiple different signatories (ex. Reassigning the Advisor and Compliance signatories), repeat steps 1-5 for each signatory.

4. Enter the new email address you want to update it to

  • You must assign all selected responses to one email address. If there are multiple people you want to assign workflows to, repeat steps 1-5 for each person.

5. Click submit

  • If the response has already been sent to the signatory but has not been signed, it will be resent to the updated email.
  • If the signatory has already signed the workflow, it will not be resent, and their email will not be changed. They will be omitted from the bulk reassignment process.
