Unblock workflows in seconds by using the bulk reassign tool when an employee is unavailable to complete their workflows. Reassigning a response updates the selected signatory's email to the new one you provide.
Reassigning
Select the responses you want to reassign
Click reassign in the top left corner
This action will only be visible to owners of the organization
3. Select the signatory you want to reassign
You can only reassign one signatory at a time. If you want to reassign multiple different signatories (ex. Reassigning the Advisor and Compliance signatories), repeat steps 1-5 for each signatory.
4. Enter the new email address you want to update it to
You must assign all selected responses to one email address. If there are multiple people you want to assign workflows to, repeat steps 1-5 for each person.
5. Click submit
If the response has already been sent to the signatory but has not been signed, it will be resent to the updated email.
If the signatory has already signed the workflow, it will not be resent, and their email will not be changed. They will be omitted from the bulk reassignment process.
