Within the Admin Portal, you can easily upload, and download investor documents, which may include letters of authorization, forms, and supporting documents for identification such as a driver's license or passport. Additionally, you can also set the viewing option for each of these documents.
Select the Investors tab in the left-hand sidebar.
Click on an Investor who you would like to upload documents for.
Select the DOCUMENTS tab in the middle, next to the INVESTOR DATA tab.
Click Upload in the top right.
Select the documents you want to upload and then click Open.
Note: When uploading a document, you can make the documents invisible to the investors by checking the Make document internal checkbox.
Finally, select Confirm.
After the document is uploaded, you can set the view to Default or Internal on each document.
Click on an Investor who you would like to retrieve documents for.
Select the DOCUMENTS tab in the middle, next to the INVESTOR DATA tab.
Search for the document by typing in the search bar or scrolling, once you’ve found the documents you would like to download, click on the Download icon on the right.
