Wet-sign Document Visibility

By default, after a signatory submits wet-signed documents, subsequent signatories will not see copies of the wet-signed documents included in the document package in the review screen.

To include copies of wet-signed documents in the review modal for subsequent signatories:

  1. Navigate to “Workflow settings” on the left-hand side of the Mako app
  2. Identify which workflow(s) you want to change this setting for and navigate to the “Wet-sign settings” section for the desired workflow. Select the drop-down to choose which signatories you want to review wet-signed documents as part of their document package
  3. Click “save” at the top of the settings section to apply your changes

After applying changes, if a signatory chooses to wet-sign their documents, the selected subsequent signatories will be able to review the wet-signed documents in this view:

Note: Copies of wet-signed documents are always visible in the documents section of the response
