Resetting User Passwords

Only Administrative platform users have permission to reset user passwords through the Admin Portal. Advisors who need to reset their user's passwords should contact their administrator.

To reset a user’s password:

  • From the Main Menu, select Organization > Employees.
  • Click on the corresponding Reset button in the Reset Password column.

The user’s password will now be randomized. They will receive an email requesting them to create a new password.
