Overview

The Responses tab provides a centralized view of all sent workflows and client responses. This page helps you monitor progress, access documents, and take action where needed.

Feel free to edit the columns of your responses page by clicking on the "Edit Columns" button at the top right of your screen.

To begin, select the workflow you would like to review from the list.

Activity Panel

On the right-hand side, the Activity section displays a detailed audit trail of the workflow, including timestamps, role actions, and any internal comments.

Document Panel

At the bottom of the page, the Documents section lists all PDF documents included in the workflow package.

This document list automatically updates as each role completes their actions (e.g., client signatures), ensuring that the latest versions are always available.

Adding Forms to Packages

You can add documents to an active package using custom form uploads.

Assisting Clients in Real-Time

To support clients during the signing process, you can view other roles live by clicking the View button next to their name.

While you won’t be able to make changes on their behalf, this feature allows you to follow their progress in real time and provide guidance when needed.

You can also click the Review Changes button to see a detailed log of any updates made, including who made them and when.

Resending Workflows

Rather than voiding an entire workflow, users can resend forms to a specific role if adjustments are needed. Common use cases include:

  • Updating a signatory’s email address
  • Resending to a previous role for revisions
  • Resetting a security PIN

To resend a form:

  1. Click the Options button (three dots) next to the role you want to resend the workflow to.
  1. If necessary, click Reset PIN.

  1. A pop-up will appear when clicking the “Resend” option where you can update the email address and include a custom message.
  1. Click Resend to complete the action. The response page will refresh accordingly.
