Shawn brings over 15 years of experience in operations, finance, performance management, procurement and business intelligence. Over 10 years at Parkland Corporation, he held leadership roles in the Finance, Operations and Business Intelligence areas of the Supply Division and played an important role in supply contract negotiations. Shawn has also taken up Finance positions at B. Frid Trucking, the Royal Canadian Mint and Integra Networks. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and is a Certified Public Accountant. In the non-profit space, Shawn is a volunteer consultant of the United Way GAIN Team and Social Venture Partners Calgary. With his in-depth knowledge of the Finance industry, Shawn’s presence and contributions are fundamental to Mako’s growth.
