Brett began his career at Mako on the Solutions Engineering team, where he gained experience designing and implementing solutions tailored to client needs. In 2023, he joined the newly established Post-Launch Engineering team and played a key role in developing the team's structure and processes, laying the foundation for significant improvements in the team's capabilities and the post-launch client experience.
In his current role, Brett leads a high-performing team dedicated to delivering reliable support. His approachable, hands-on leadership style, combined with his positive attitude and communication skills, has been central to the team's continued growth and success.
Brett holds a Diploma in Engineering from St. Francis Xavier University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
