As Head of Human Resources, Marie-Pier is responsible for building a talented and passionate Mako team and ensuring their continued well-being through various initiatives and HR best practices. Prior to Mako, she grew through various roles in the People Operations team at OpenText for over 4 years, acting as a business partner and advisor to employees and managers in Canada, United States, France and Germany. Marie-Pier holds a B.Admin in Human Resources Management from Bishop’s University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from HÉC Montréal
